We stopped in for a late lunch and it was our first visit. We are so glad that we did. The service was excellent. Our server was Myra. The food was hot and really delicious. I had the Pablano Chili Relleno. It was really good. The cheese enchilada was very good. The taco was tasty. Loved the rice and beans. The dish was very oven hot and fresh. We will definitely be back for a dinner to try the margaritas.

Waitress was very rude. She didn’t take the time to carefully listen to our order. We told her me and one other person was sharing the order of 3 shrimp tacos. Well she put the order in for 2 orders of shrimp tacos. So she rudely took the one order back then overcharged us on the one order. We asked them to fix it and the waitress was in an uproar arguing back and forth with us saying that she never heard us we say we were sharing it. Terrible manners and poor customer service. Shame on the people that own or run this place to have an employee allowed to be that disrespectful and rude in a customers face arguing with them. As a long time employee of customer service and restaurant management experience that is unacceptable. Very unprofessional and terrible example of this establishment. The food was good but because of her attitude and show out I will not return!!

We were driving south and getting hungry for lunch. Got there early so it was not very busy, if the place is hopping, service could be slower. For us, the service was super fast , food was yummy and top notch. Excellent fajita quesadillas and the chips and salsa were perfect.

Went to eat dinner her with my mom and step mom and someone behind the counter decided to take pictures of me and my family and my car and has posted on social media . Unprofessional. My business will not be coming back there . Why take pics of your customers behind your register and pics of their cars … makes me feel very uneasy … not safe… definitely don’t take your kids there because they take pics of you behind the counter and send them out . Will be going to business to address this in person tomorrow .

My family stop here while traveling north and I’m so glad we did! The salsa was so incredibly good and the chips were warm and fresh! My husband got street tacos and I got pollo loco and we were both so impressed with how good it was!

We were headed through on our way home. It was an easy exit, the food was great and quick, and we were back on the road! The chips and salsa were great also! I had a chicken chimichanga and my husband had polo loco. He really enjoyed his! The prices were very reasonable too! Stop in!

The food’s great, but the past two times we have been here, we have been overcharged. One time seems like an honest mistake, twice in a row seems sketchy. It makes it even easier for them to do this since they don’t give a written description of the item per charge on their receipts. They need to do an audit of their wait staff, I’m sure they’re getting a lot of people with this if it is indeed unfaithful.

Server's seemed to be very hectic but later seemed fine to just stand around and talk to each other, the food was alright but I was given the wrong items for my order, specifically the tortillas, I asked for flour and not corn. The margaritas we had received were mostly just ice, for what was in it, it didn't taste too bad but not very good either. Seemed fairly dirty, more so in the bathroom but that's fair I suppose. Between seating different customers it seems they weren't cleaning the tables all that well between seatings, could've just been a hectic night with a lot of different groups coming in, though the table I sat at had something crusted onto a majority of it.

Overall, not a bad place to eat, I enjoyed my meal despite the wrong items mentioned above, but could be better service wise, maybe get some more hires to help service customers during a rush/busy times of the day. Definitely a family owned business to say the least. Thanks for the meal and the drinks nonetheless!

Great family run Mexican restaurant. I had the tacos al Pastor, and they were fabulous. The frijoles were authentic and wonderful. I am only mad at myself for not having found it earlier.

This place was out of avocados so not guacamole, crazy as it sounds. Not prepared for crowds. Also, a worker was eating while taking people's money at cash register. I see this place closing in the future if kitchen doesn't improve

Waited almost an hr on my take out order after u was told 15 mins and when I got it it was not what I ordered on the street tacos and the fajita nachos where the size of a kids meal and I paid almost $45 for the 3 meals. Wont be going back there

I usually get the enchiladas in my husband gets Pollo Loco. Those are our typical favorites. We usually eat there once or twice a week the service is friendly food is great and I will say it’s crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. They are also closed on Sunday.

Great service. I've been there once before and the food was good that time. This time, the chicken flautas were dry and bland. The frozen margarita was too sweet for my taste. I felt sick and threw up within three hours of leaving the restaurant.

My husband and I eat there at least once a week with our friends they know I like coffee so they put a fresh pot on when I see us coming in. I always get the chicken tortilla soup and my husband get the shrimp tacos. They have the best melting cheese and homemade fried chips the salsa tastes very fresh as does everything

This place is our “go to” for Friday night Mexican dinner. Everything on the Menu is delicious, we love the Ribeye for 2. The house margaritas are also amazing and a nice strong beverage. Everything hits just right.

Horrible first experience !! the food was nasty and I rarely ever go anywhere and the food is just plain nasty. our waiter sat us and never came back to get the drink order, we had to go get her. the queso was cold, all they did was reheat it. we had to ask for our checks TWICE so we could pay & leave because the waiter never came back to check on us after she brought out the disgusting food. my friend didn't eat ANY of her food, sent it back, and they still tried to charge her for it. saying it's not their fault she didn't like it, that was personal🤦🏾‍♀️ there's so much more I could say but I'll say this, I'LL NEVER GO BACK !

The price wasn't worth what it tasted like. We got chicken quesadillas, it was dry. The cheese dip tasted like they put water in it to fill the cup up to make it a large. I've been here before and enjoyed it but the last time was awful, we will not be back.

Central location at the pine level exit. Dining room is spacious and employees are very friendly and seem to all enjoy the work. They have a drive up window for take out orders. Good food and good size servings. They also have a small bar area you can sit at.

We were surprised at how good the food tasted to us. (We are transplants from the southwest USA) my wife ordered a taco salad with chicken and said it was generous and full of flavor. My Burrito California was also very good (although I did prefer the red to the green sauce as it was closer to NM red chile) and huge! The only drawback in my opinion is that they serve pepsi products but they do have a good Mexican beer selection. We will be back.

The people there where nice I was told food should take 15-20 min to make it to go.it took 40 minutes to get my food. They Forgot my cheese dip Gave me Corn tortillas Instead of flower like I asked I also asked for no onions on my tacos and found onions where they put them on than took most of them off Luckily I'm not allergic. the food was just no good. I won't be going back unless the owners fix the issues. Food don't taste fresh, service takes to long when No ones in the store. DO BETTER!!!!!

Wow! Stopped here on the way home in Kentucky from Florida based on Google reviews. So glad we did! The food was absolutely top notch authentic Mexican. Chips were the really good fresh thin ones, the salsa very fresh. The house tacos... spot on. Wrap it up with the best Horchata I've ever had... and 3 kids all saying 10 out of 10 several times... and this is now on our short list of go to places anytime we are traveling this way. Highly recommend!

We visit on a regular basis! Have gone to another Mexican restaurant for years and still love it, and the people, at Poblanos in Prattville. We now live very close to El Mariachi and it is Absolutely Delicious!!
They have a completely different menu than most of the city Mexican restaurants. The owners are great and always go above and beyond to meet our needs. Lol.... I am always on low-carb and I bring my pork skins for my cheese dip and they let me give them my low-carb tortilla wraps and they make me a burrito! It's Awesome and very friendly!

The best authentic mexican food in the tri-county area and I've tried them all!!! They grind fresh tomatoes to make the salsa, fresh chips, and the food is amazing compared to other mexican restaurants. Hands down the best Mexican food.
