We went here on a whim as we were traveling and wanted something authentic and local. We found the spot. From the time we walked in we were greeted by the happiest people and seated right away. We had some shrimp as an appetizer and it was good! We also had a ribeye steak covered with mushroom and onion, my was it good! The buffalo wings were very very good too!! Will definitely go back and highly recommend this family oriented restaurant!! Well done !!

Always passing this place but glad I stopped today. Standard fare Tex-Mex cuisine and everything was great. Service was top notch and the place is very clean and well staffed. Food came out quick and refills kept coming. It wasn't that busy either, only coming up positives.

The staff are excellent and professional. Very welcoming. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The meal was very good (burrito, enchilada and taco). The only negative was that the soft taco shell was soggy.

I was welcomed and greeted with a smile by the workers upon entering the restaurant and that felt great after traveling for 2 hours. The food was really good and the customer service was consistent the entire time that I was there. I will be visiting this restaurant again in the future.

We were searching for a Mexican restaurant that was authentic and after reading a few reviews that indicated this was a hit - this grill did not disappoint. Excellent chips, homemade salsa, fresh ingredients and a good value for the portions served. Delicious authentic Mexican cuisine here.

Average score for cleanliness and atmosphere - needs some improvement in the ladies room.

Nice place. Not too crowded. Food was fast and pretty good, not too spicy. Enchiladas verdes were good as was the supreme nachos. Kids liked the Mexican hamburger and fries.

Love the food and staff. They have delicious food. I had Carne Azada and a chili relleno. Drinks stay full and everyone is so friendly. Chips are hot and fresh and the restaurant is really clean. They really care about their family brand.

Just finishing my meal here now. I ate the shrimp fajitas for one. Generous portion of perfectly cooked shrimp with grilled onions and bell peppers along with rice and beans. Service great from the time you walk through the door.

Wonderful restaurant! As my family were eating out delicious food, I noticed a server, Javier(I could not catch the spelling) helping a disabled customer unload out his car and get into his mobility chair. This paired with his wonderful service has made me confident I will return again!

Ordered tacos & Mexican Fried rice. Tacos, chef's kiss. The fried rice had waaaaayyy too much soy sauce, it totally overwhelmed the dish. I will order food here again but it will NOT be the fried rice.

It was nasty and made my whole travel ball team sick… the chips were burnt and I asked the dude for some new chips and wispered no and was ugly about it and laughed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This is a cute little place. We were all pleased with our meals and very full. They have 2 dining areas...one with a bar that allows smoking, they had club style music playing. (which is great for those who want this option) and a regular non smoking part.
The salsa was good and fresh...as were our meals.
I was super grateful to be able to veganize my choice. Thank you for this!
Staff was friendly and helpful.
We will definitely order from this restaurant again if ever back in town.
Update: We returned the following day. Excellent again. Definitely give this place a shot!

The enchilada was excellent. The tacos I had were a little too wet but still tasty. One thing that is rare these days is that they have a separate smoking section in the bar area. It's completely isolated so you don't get smoke in the non-smoking area.

this was one of my fav places but lately the workers here are rude especially the women she was VERY RUDE and took 30 min to get food we will take break from here untill they get it back together i can deal with slow cooking but can not deal with bad attitudes

Good lunch deals. Busy Sunday noon. I had the chicken nacho supreme and spouse had the enchiladas Verdes. Very good. Staff was friendly. Was able to get out of there for under $25. The chili Colorado was good although not as hot as I remember. Didn't sweat this time.

We found this restaurant by accident on our way from Mobile to East Tennessee. The food was excellent and the salsa was great. Definitely try the elote(street corn)! We will definitely remember this on our next trip!

We came for the drink specials, Wednesday and Saturday 3-9pm, and stayed for the awesome hospitality. Highly recommend trying. They are not stingy with their liquor! :) Food was also great!

well hidden gem! Mechiladas on point and under 7$ !Cocktail de Cam'ron well priced and slam full of shrimp! I do like a little more sodium I'm my salsa and guacamole but that is an easy fix because they both were full of flavor and taste. Worse salsa ever, I want here and orders two different styles of shrimp and they gave me the same both had more onions then shrimp camarones a la diabla and camaron ranchero should not be the same, and when they mess up the order they make the excuse that the Cook can’t read. I’ve been to San Marcos in wetumeka and thought it would be something like that but it was disgusting chips were stale the only some what good thing abt it was the service but I will never take my money there again

I've been going here for years, I love their shredded beef quasadillas.
The ground beef stuff is a little bland but everything else is spot on to me.
The salsa is also one of my faves out of the places around town.

Best Mexican food ever! Like a famous chef created a plate just for me. And the prices so reasonable along with a friendly staff. Absolutely a 5 star review despite the somewhat worn tables and chairs. Don’t let appearances put you off. Really good experience!

Our table was asked to leave because we stayed about 5 minutes past getting our bill. We still had drinks on the table. People at the next table food was delivered after they gave up and left. It was the last time we will go. Gave two stars because my margarita was good!

Food is never the same price on carry out orders.
Food can look completely different from one night to the next. There's never anyone working the front counter, and employees will just look at you and keep going. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant, there are to many other better Mexican restaurants in the town.

... I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a horrible dining experience. Our waiter was kind and I’m super grateful with how patient she was with all of my questions. My food(3 tacos with rice/beans ) were barely cooked and for the first time in my adult life- I puked at a restaurant. I ate one whole taco and half of the other.

Spoke to the manager and after explaining that the meat was pink and even apologizing about wanting to return the food(I felt bad) - he gave me only half off for a plate I hardly touched while he walked away with no apology...

I typically eat at family owned restaurants because I truly believe in the value of that so I’m disappointed and feel a bit disrespected.

I don’t understand the lack of kindness but all & all, my employees/friends/family along with myself will not be dining here ever again.
