Do NOT order food on the app/online! We eat here a lot, food is always great when we dine in or order to go. I’ve ordered off the app 3 times and each time it’s been AWFUL! The quality, portion and presentation is AWFUL! Go in and just watch them make the food or else be disappointed! Also, left off lots of things I wanted (pintos, lettuce, bubba cavier). I have attached photos. I called to let the manager know this problem.

The food is great...except for the employee I saw wiping his nose, going behind the counter, and putting on gloves like that makes it fine. Poor food safety...nastiness. Wash your hands. 3/30/23.

Out of towner, stopped by to try this place for lunch. The food is delicious, service is good, but this place is disgustingly HOT!!! I’m eating and sweating my face off because this place refuses real Air Conditioning. Your workers deserve better than this and the customers do too.

First time eating here, they assemble the burritos in front of you, and you tell them what tortilla shell you want and the ingredients you want in it and after it's assembled unless you're starving it can feed two people it was bigger than the diameter of my arm I could only eat 1/2 of it after gorging out on their chips, queso cheese and salsa.

Flies, flies, and flies.

This is a Chipotle-like / Moe's-like restaurant where they give you generous portions. Unfortunately ee got to the third bar where the toppings are, and there were flies all over the place. I'm not talking about one or two. I'm talking about six or seven. I'm definitely not coming back, but I just wanted to warn my fellow diners.

They get an extra star because of crunchy ice

One of my favorite places to go eat and most definitely my favorite burrito shop. I love this place so much I had them cater my wedding rehearsal years ago (way way way cheaper than Moe's ridiculous prices and way way way better). I get the chicken burrito almost every time, my wife loves the bowls and my oldest daughter gets the bubba double (soft taco shell wrapped around the hard shell with cheese or refried beans to hold it together). Good quality products and maybe most importantly great sauces (spicy ranch and my favorite zesty sour cream, you will want extra of that, trust me). I would have a picture but I always tear into my food with no thoughts of taking one. So good that if I bought a franchise location of a business this would be one of only two places I would consider buying into (if they decided to franchise out).

We placed a To go order at the Rainbow city location and didn’t check to make sure it was correct. Once we got home the order was wrong and missing part of the meal. I called the store to explain how we didn’t receive everything we paid for and how one of the items was missing meat. The manager said if I didn’t bring it back tonight then we couldn’t receive a refund. I explained we lived approximately 10 miles away so I would bring it tomorrow when I’m in the area. She said I couldn’t get a refund. She was extremely rude

Went here last night around 6 and it was the best service I've received at a restaurant! Food was delicious and fresh The employees were working hard and the boy on the line was very entertaining and polite! Even though I had to wait he was funny and i didn't mind waiting on my food. I will be coming back thank you for your amazing customer service.

As I enter in no one greeted us . one lady standing on something fixing something the guy holding something as he prepared our food didn’t wash his hands just put glove on meat looked dry onions looked old we ask him long have it been out he ask the manager about the food it’s been about a hour she said . But she said they don’t change it out out until it’s empty this is a food safe guide a big no no . The restaurant looked nasty food on the floor no tables weren’t clean. It’s was my husband first time and last time my second time and I will not be back and will inform someone about this

Personally like this better than Moe’s or Chipotle. Always good always fresh and usually pretty quick. We’ve actually driven an hour just to eat here, wish they would open one in Oxford.

My first time going to Bubba Ritos...and MY GOD!!!! It did not dissapoint!!!! They are like a chipotle...and I love it!!! I just wish they served brown rice. But I will definitely be back!!!

Our first time there was today's visit. My wife picked the steak bowl and I went with the steak burrito. ( I should have picked the pork so we try different selections). The staff was wonderful and answered our first timers questions lol. Both of our selections were fully packed and delicious. I liked the black bean pineapple salsa personally. We will be going back to the Rainbow City location. 👍

They put my food in a broken container. I mentioned it . I even asked for tape. They said they had none. I had to double bag my food. It still spilled in my car. If you ask me this was totally unproffesional.The guy making my food. Did not even change his gloves after each plate. Some people have allergies. This just was totally unexceptional service. I paid nearly 14 bucks for food. Then didnt even get to eat all of it. I'm very upset with this place. I mean they could have prevented my food from falling out but she just was pure laziness. The food is always good but service like this just makes you not want to come back. Makes you question if it's worth coming.

I always come here , never have a bad experience but over the past few weeks I’ve been getting hair in my burritos . The food is good and the workers are very sweet but finding a hair in your food makes you lose your appetite all together . I really wish the girls would start wearing hair nets or keep their hair more tidy so this doesn’t keep happening !

Great food as always but we tried to dine in and I remember very quickly why I don't. It's Tex- mex temperatures inside the restaurant. I just can eat and enjoy my food while sweating. I fell bad for the employees over the grill.

I must admit the food was good but the customer service and environment was disgusting. I have to assume that the lady with blonde short hair is most likely part of management or assistant manager. She was incredibly rude to her coworkers yelling at them loudly in front of customers even to the point where she was holding up the line. Everyone can relate to having an annoying coworker but it is highly inappropriate to practically verbally abuse and embarrass your coworkers in front of multiple customers. There is no reasonable excuse for it and it SLICK made me and my boyfriend not want to eat there any more. Absolutely disgusting behavior from them and all the customers could do was make mutual uncomfortable eye contact with each other as she continued to yell and embarrass her coworker. All for the sake of some beans and chicken not being prepared on time. To the person being addressed- YOU’RE A COMPLETE LOSER. You’re TOO old to be acting like that in public AND the work place. You embarrassed your establishment and your other coworkers (who were also too afraid to say anything about it). Needless to say, DO BETTER. The audacity to say “im going to lose my voice by the end of my shift” (paraphrased) girl… you could have easily avoided all of that by just being professional. Bye

went to eat @11am sign sid they were not opening until 11:30 that was fine by 12:15 nobody had opened the doors. note there were 7-8 cars in parking lot, people going up to door, checking it to open and knowing by 12:30 i just left!! horrible customer service!! how do you expect to run a restaurant if you can’t open!

Love this place!! I’ve been eating at Bubbaritos since 2015 when they had it on the mountain. Food and prices have stayed the same the whole time. Anything that you order will be more than enough to fill you up!!

Got catering for a small group and it was fantastic. It's very difficult to find something that is good an hour after it's picked up, but we kept the meats in the oven very low and it was all perfect when it was served and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Waited on my online order for 40 minutes then went to the restaurant only to be told that my order wasn't even in the process of getting ready. Got my food, Left and went home only to find out that half of the ingredients in my bowl were completely missing and I paid for extra pineapple salsa that they didnt have but sure did charge me for.

I was not sure about this place but I really liked it. The bowl was yummy and they had lots of vegetables. Like Moe's. My son ate a burrito and liked it as well. I will eat there again when I'm in the area.
