Moe's Southwest Grill

For starters, no one greeted the customers before me, me or the customers that came in while I was inside. The staff seemed completely checked out and starting to clean and get ready to close. I ordered the Moe Meat Moe Cheese Bowl with the expectation of it being bigger than most other option as it was also the most expensive item on the menu. The employee barely put any rice on the bottom of the bowl before barely adding black beans and then shacking the bowl to spread it out and cover the bottom of the bowl. Then he proceeded to push the beans around to make it look like it was more than it is. Lastly, took two scoops of steak and did the same with that. When I asked for lettuce and olives, they said that it is not customizable. Seriously? Well I guess that means no jalapeños either then right? “Yep, no customizing means no customizing.” I asked for my receipt as I wanted to let corporate know about my experience and the young lady said, “this stores prices are higher than everywhere else.” I’m not sure if this is a training issue or if it’s simply the employees just don’t care. I guess you be judge of that but I’ll never revisit this location.

Just got screwed out of over 160 points because the person wringing me up forgot an item causing me to have two separate purchases instead of one. Love Moes but that is just ridiculous to be forced to miss out on a free 10 dollars.

I love Moe’s but this wasn’t the best experience. The steak was soggy, tasted like it had been cooked days ago. Vegetables and guacamole weren’t fresh either. I’ll be back bc I love this place. But today was not their best.

Honestly, just go to chipotle. There is nothing appetizing about the proteins and additions for the burritos and bowls. The steak is always cooked well done and line servers give the smallest portions. I had to ask the young boy for more lettuce, cheese, corn, salsa, etc because he was being so stingy. No joke, I think he gave me 5 pieces of lettuce before I asked for more… then he added 3 more pieces. Like what the heck.

I paid almost $40 for a burrito, quesadilla, side of queso, and 2 drinks. I can sit down and be served for that price. The portions were so small for high priced food like that. You can’t see the food in the containers and the employees are not very good at vocalizing what they had to offer. Won’t be back.

Did not enjoy this at all. It was totally overpriced, and the food wasn't good. We could have eaten in a fine restaurant for what we paid. The atmosphere was cold, not welcoming. We left most of our food.
Mo's is off our list forever.

First time trying Moes today and I had such a great experience. Halo was such a huge help and had some awesome suggestions and at the end of it all I was super pleased with my meal. I will definitely be back thanks to her!

Food is good but there is always this one guy in there when we come SCREAMING the whole time we are eating “Welcome to Moes” even when no one is walking in. I appreciate the enthusiasm but he is borderline harassing my family when we come.

He stands by and talks to my daughter (6YO) and makes us extremely uncomfortable. He even jumped out one time and tried to scare her. We moved outside to enjoy the rest of our meal and HE FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE…. this past time we were there, he was drinking out of a little bottle in his back pocket. Which makes us understand his behavior better…. He DRINKING/ DRUNK and bothering customers.

We don’t go there anymore because of him. Won’t get our business anymore until he’s fired

1st time at Moe's and I would say to the owner, do all ya can to keep ya employee Aaron . You can tell this man is happy with his job and the Main reason I would visit Moe's again and to boot he sang Happy Birthday to my daughter (good singer too 😁)

I door dashed a steak Quesadilla with queso and guacamole inside. I paid extra for the queso and guacamole add ons, but when my order arrived, those two items were left off. They also didn't send sour cream on the side as requested or salsa for the chips.

Food was good, I like the style and personality of the chain. The staff were great, all but the girl who wears glasses and has braces… she doesn’t wear her name on her outfit like the rest of the employees so I was unable to get it. She was running around all over the place, seemingly unsure of what she should be doing and causing distractions for multiple employees. I almost decided not to eat here because she was being so obnoxious… I have no faith in someone exhibiting those qualities to handle food safety, temperatures, and serving.

Falling victim to the normal fast food nonsense Moe’s Spanish Fort shows they don’t value dine-in or order-in-person customers by leaving you standing hungry at the counter through your lunch hour. In an unfortunate trend seen in most fast-food restaurants and coffee shops - the drive through and on-line order crowd get a first cabin seat. Well Moe’s, thanks for showing how much you care about my time. Being as I wasn’t able to spend it eating lunch because of your terrible customer service and unapologetic staff, I am happily spending my time writing this review to share! Congrats! You earned it!

The hours on the door said they were open until 9pm. Arrived at 8pm and was told grill was closed. The food was ok but you could tell employees only wanted to leave. While we ate we watched them put up salsa, tea and mop the floors. As soon as we walked out the door (about 8:45pm) we watched them run across the restaurant to lock the doors. Disappointed

So, Moe’s is on DoorDash. Except, it is Super Bowl Sunday, and you can’t order anything from them on DoorDash. The only way you can order from them is to go pick it up. What is the point of them being on DoorDash if you can’t order food from Moe’s on DoorDash? We ordered from Taco Bell since Moe’s won’t take DoorDash orders. Who cares who picks up my food?

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to eat, this is not it 🤣 There is a gentleman who constantly sings "Welcome to Moe's" opera style about once a minute. My 5 year old was not a fan. The food was ok. It was hot, but you could some if it had been sitting out for a bit. I think they are a little bit skimpy with portions compared to some of the other Moe's I've been to. I do love the newly updated interior and you could see the staff keeping up with cleaning despite being very busy.

The homewrecker is one of the most delicious burritos I've ever had from a tex mex style place...and it is HUGE...Like the size of a baby leg....Just be careful what you put on it! Too many beans can....well....wreck your home.

Terrible trip to Moe's... Additional salsa was $0.25 per container after your first two very small containers... Meal for two cost $33... A burrito queso and a bowl two drinks... I was reminded three times in the line to get food that salsa cost extra... I will not be spending my money at Moe's again. Many great local alternatives that appreciate your business.
