Very fast! I have no idea why this place wasn't packed on Saturday, 7-8 hour. Servings were perfect. Service was prompt. Good food! I should have just gotten the taco, enchilada, rice, & beans. Taco salad always weakens the experience, but it satisfied my appetite. Nice, I'll be back!

After being on the road all day, we stumbled across this Mexican restaurant in a small town. The food was hot, fresh and tasted great! We will definitely be back!

On the spot with the service! We didn't wait for anything ..the food came out piping hot an timely! The food was amazing.. we have eaten at numerous places and this place was by far one of the best... we will be going back it was not over expensive...family of five with 2 cheese dips had a 54.00 ticket.....awesome experience....we hope our next experience is just as good....nicest waiters ever and so accommodating!!! He took my boxed up food and bagged and tied for me! I love these men at this place ty froma tired mama!!

The food was delicious and the service was great! We ate outside since the weather was so nice. I had the Chicken Chimichanga and it was the best I have ever had! The crust was perfect, not doughy, not hard and tough but slightly crispy and very flaky. I love that the food was not all firey hot; one can always ADD peppers but you cannot take the hot out once they are there!!! I have been going here for years and had not been in a good while. I was hoping the food was still good and IT WAS!!

He then shows me it says $17.99 on the bottom for whatever reason (didn’t get cheese dip or anything else besides a water), but he did apologize and gave me the correct change. Not that $10 is a big deal or anything but they will try and rip you off if you’re not paying attention.

Used to love this place as a kid but the more they change owners the worse the food gets. I think we all miss the original Del Sol.

A 3rd rate Mexican food restaurant. Was just there tonight and the food is mediocre, the service was good. Our bill (4 people) was confusing. We added shrimp to the “street taco” dish and was told shrimp was extra (which is ok) but when the girl at the register was ringing it up it totaled to an amount that seemed to fit what we ate. She stopped what she was doing and talked to a man sitting at the bar and asked him a question about our bill. She came back to the register and rang another amount in and it was 15 dollars higher. When questioned, there was no explanation other than shrimp was extra. I asked for an itemized bill and was told they don’t do that. So I will NOT be patronizing this restaurant ever again. Buyer beware at this place, their crooks.

Been eating there since it was Casa Del Sol (I'm convinced it's the same restaurant)...

I've never had a bad experience.

It's exactly what you should expect for a middle of the road Mexican restaurant, and cheaper than you'd pay for the same thing in Trussville, while having a friendlier, and more attentive, staff!

Went here to celebrate our niece heading to college. Great family friendly atmosphere. We went on karaoke night, that was so fun! I ordered a chicken taco salad without the shell. It was delicious. Hubby ordered texan fajitas, they were delicious! We ordered peach margaritas, they were so big and made perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for authentic Mexican cuisine!!!

Usually Great for DineIn. Occasionally I'll grab ToGos orders.. and regularly received cold food, incorrect Numbers, and Questionably Stale food( Not who didn't close the Bag, but more of How long have these been behind the refrigerator?). One Constant and Redeeming Factor is; The Entire crew are Professionally respectful. To Me, And to MyDaughter. Calling MyDaughter Ma'am and Thanking us with a Ma'am&Sir' is Much appreciated.

My wife and I have eaten here a few times, as well as ordered to go. I get the same thing ever time a chicken enchilada and everytime it ends up as a beef enchilada. Last time they forgot her order entirely. It takes a lot for me to gripe but when it looks like your not trying to please your customers or even offer an apology for a mistake on multiple occasions. It kinda makes me not want to go there and offer advice to everyone else to stay away.

Went twice last week and once this week. Working in the area. The last time was horrible. Terrible chips, there were stale ones mixed in with day olds. And they were cold. The meat wasn't even spiced. It was bland. Service was bad, ran out of drink and never got refilled. Also, messed up my order.

We were next door having dinner and the loud obnoxious music pounding the wall ruined the meal. The entire room was upset. You lost a lot of customers . And our waitress said this was every nite ...you won't be in business long like that!

It seems to me this restaurant has lost the love of cooking. Everything I ordered tasted as if prepared with minimal effort.....or ingredients. The salsa had no heat/spice and was too runny (Think canned tomatoes with a sprinkle of pepper). The guacamole dip should be renamed avocado dip because that's all there was. No chopped veggies, no cilantro, no lime. Just ugly guacamole. The chimichanga was disappointing. Should be crisp and flaky. Was a soggy mess. Shredded chicken inside was dry and bland. No cheese sauce like most chimichangs. The "Spanish rice" was a joke. The Uncle Ben's microwave pouch is better than this. Very sad. I'd suggest going back to the basics. Find what gave you the spark to open this restaurant because to me, the fire has died.

This is not authentic Mexican food. Worst food ever,Taco Bell is better. Laredo,Texas has the best authentic Mexican food,even the street vendors are better than this,I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

Fajitas were extremely tasty. The salsa and cheese dip were just ok. Service was excellent. Music was a bit loud so conversation was difficult but overall would go back.

Great Mexican food. Very fast service and by far the best Mexican between Trussville and Gadsden in my opinion. Slightly more pricy than most Mexican restaurants but you can count on it being good.

First time absolutely amazing!! Togo order food was still nice and warm when I got home. Burrito California with steak. It is stuffed with grilled onions and peppers, guacamole, beans, pico de gallo, and rice. Topped with queso. I don't add the rice to mine. Definitely a Mexican restaurant that you have to try!

We like this restaurant and the new owners. Service is good, but salsa could be improved. Also the salsa bowls are very small so you have to continually ask for salsa.
