Food was pretty good. The service was outstanding. Always making sure your alright. Also when you order a beer they give you complimentary water. Refill your glass and also your salsa. The atmosphere is very relaxing, music playing and decor that really stands out. Definitely would recommend.

Food was fantastic and service delightful. Though the decor and atmosphere is typical from my experience, the fresh flares within the dishes we ordered took them to next level. Tacos Al Pastor were fresh and clean tasting. Presentation was decent.

Our favorite drink? The fresh pineapple margarita! If you’re a margarita fan this is a must try. Fresh and lite. Not overwhelming. Refreshing!

We came with a group of about 60 people. The servers were really moving the entire time. Waters were constantly refilled, chips and salsa flowed with abundance. Our food was served promptly and accurately.

I was blown away by the service, food, and price. Pictured are the hot sauces, Mexican Meatball Soup and Chicken Tortilla Soup. The meatball soup stole the show! I highly, highly recommend. Don't let me forget to mention the extremely good service.

No capable manager on duty. Made my food wrong twice and said I could not get a refund or it remade when they made the mistake. Been coming for years this has not been a problem. Shameful. Like ppl got $30-40 to spend for something they can’t eat.

DO NOT EAT HERE !!! I found a fly in my food and the lady told me she not making me a new plate cause she makes good food. Clearly she don’t if I found a fly!!! Customer service is horrible they have nasty attitudes !! Check your food before eating !! This place is DISGUSTING AND

THIS IS THE LAST TIME THEY’LL GET OUR MONEY!
We ordered the White Shrimp meal all of the time. Today, we ordered two plates, and added steak to the other one. The order was wrong and we were told to bring it back and they will exchange it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

The gentleman refused to remake our drinks even though they were made incorrectly! I was even willing to pay for the ones made incorrectly. There is a language barrier and he was plain rude! It was only the bald headed guy who was rude and he doesn’t know the difference between a strawberry margarita and a strawberry daiquiri! Who wants a salted rim and lime with a strawberry daiquiri? We spent $172, which would not have been an issue if his treatment of my family had not been so poor! I’ve been there several times alone, but never with family! However, I will not be returning! We should have gone to Mangos in Lincoln. This is a lesson well learned!

I don't know what the hype is but I've eaten here twice and both times food has been really bad.
Worst taco stand I've ever been to.
The complimentary chips were so stale had no crunch at all.
The salsa looked and tasted like Italian /Mexican seasoning in watered down bean broth. Seriously.
I asked for regular tomato based picante sauce they brought out watered down spaghetti sauce. Yuck.
Once my meal arrived it was no better.
I ordered steak fajitas platter.
What I got was mostly onions.
Lots and lots of onions.
And a little bitty bit of "beef"
I have never ate fajitas including Applebee's that were as bland and tasteless as these.
The normal sides of beans rice and all that tasted just like the stuff in a Lean Cuisine microwave dinner.
Bout same portion size too.
I'm sorry but if you like me and eat Mexican because usually it's a good sized portion of decent food at a reasonable price, then dodge this place.
For what this meal cost I could have ate bout anywhere as far as good chain restaurants go.

Waiter was really good guacamole was good but the actual food wasn't worth it. My burrito was very small didn't have anything in it but beef, my child's food was so bland that she wouldn't eat it same with my wife's. Will not be going back.

The outside of the restaurant ALMOST scared us away.. needs a little love on the outside. But the INSIDE is gorgeous! Highly recommend!!

Food to go was ok, hardly any meats on the taco salads for the price that was charged..... they were friendly as usual and food ready on time.
But.....the Main Issue is the prices seem to vary every time and for the same take out food order....why??????
You need to provide a to go menu so customers will know prices of food and know what their bill will be..... Stop guessing your prices.smh

Food was delicious, service was Fantastic! Had some Ceviche for an Appetizer and the Texas Chimichanga for an entree. Word of advice, if you like spicier salsa, ask up front. What they bring by default is very weak.

Update: Try one of the specials off the grill! We tried the smoked/grilled chicken and it was amazing!! So tasty and juicy! The flavors were amazing.
This is one of the best restaurants in Talladega. If you are looking for a nice, sit-down restaurant, this is the one to go to. It is decently priced for Mexican food and the food is great!

Met with a sweet Roxanne and Jodi to talk about listing her home and got there at lunch. They were super busy but absolutely the best service. Super friendly waiter and I wish I got his name because he was great. One little guy would sprint his food out which was too funny. . They are also fixing to kick off the Los Posada Cookout Thursday through Sunday. They will have barbecue cooking it fresh outside on the grill with Firewood and I got to have a sample. It was amazing stop in and get you some.!

Coworkers and I frequent LaPosada after work for drinks after a long day and we often eat as well, so I am familiar with their prices. My husband and I went for lunch and I ordered a small pineapple margarita and when the bill arrived, I was charged $14.50 for the drinks which was not even top shelf. They have gotten ridiculous and it seems like they charge whatever they feel like it when you order alcohol. We won't be going back.

We went for lunch at 2pm. The food had zero flavor. The service was not good at all. We literally waited for over 10 mins to get our change and they still forgot my cheese dip... I highly recommend going somewhere else.

It's a nice place, the waiters are very attentive. Their salt and pepper shakers are in old beer bottles which is so cute. The sign I think caught fire at some point which was wild. my mom got into a physical altercation outside of this store one time. anyways, good Mexican food for a relatively cheap price.

Service here is top notch. All staff will help with drinks or chips and salsa. So you rarely are waiting for refills.

The food is great as well. Highly recommend the queso dip. And the prices are very reasonable.

Great place for dinner or lunch. We had a large group of 11 people. They got us right in, and had our orders ready without much of a wait. Nice atmosphere, and great service. Food was good, but not great! However for the money, it's not bad.

Salsa was different from normal and very good. Dinner menu selections were also different
Had the Mexican Molcajete. Quite good and filling. The Avocado house salad was fresh!
Will go back and definitely recommend!

This restaurant was is a gem! We googled places to eat and just chose this one by chance and it absolutely blew us away! Phenomenal food, I ordered the shrimp quesadillas and my hubby got the parrilleda dinner and to say the food was great is an understatement, each bite had so much flavor!! The servers went above and beyond just waiting on tables, they made sure we never ran out of tea without even asking us. They were walking around and available if you needed them in any way. This place is a must visit!

I came here with other women from my church after heading home from a church retreat, and the service was outstanding! They kept our drinks filled, our chip baskets filled, and they were very kind! The food was absolutely delicious, not too heavy. I would definitely come here again if I ever came back to Talladega.

Wow what can I say!! Absolutely fantastic from start to finish ! Great Service from start to finish the owner came to us and greet it us because I have a pity that I don’t like drinking beer from glass and took it straight away and said don’t worry it’s on the house, the waiters are well on another level very attentive and very fast to come to you’re needs ! And the FOOD is the next level! I will bet my life on it it’s all homemade straight from grandmas kitchen very authentic Mexican home cooking !! I’m out of state and I just stoped by this restaurants and what a great GEM of a Restaurant!!
Believe me you will not be disappointed 5 STARS from me !!
