I follow them on IG and decided to go there just from their post. My waitress was really nice, the foot was good and they have all day happy hour on Saturdays. Already planning another trip with my girlfriends.

We came here for the first time tonight. Everyone was friendly and the food was great. Saturday had happy hour for the whole day! The margaritas were huge!

First time coming here. The salsa was great so we ordered queso and it was just as good! We ordered the pina fiesta it took what seemed like 25-30 minutes to come out so that was frustrating knowing not a lot of people were in here. I also would probably order all chicken next time though cause I didn’t get a lot of it.

Ate here today 5/23/24 for the very first time an I'm highly disappointed with their barria tacos, meat was dry, bland, an the barria sauce was to spicey, I also had a chicken taco an it had flavor bt shell I didn't like it was soggy on both

I came by across town to get something to eat. Got there at 9:00 and was told they were closed. The sign says you close at 9:30 on Thursday's. That's the best way to loss business. I'm really disappointed with the service and how they wouldn't take my order. The sad part about it I was actually in the restaurant!!!!!!!. I'm an Area Director for a restaurant in town and this is clearly not the way to conduct business. No manager was in sight for me to speak with. So now I'm driving back across town to find something to eat....smh

Place a to go order on today which normally would be taco night. Well not only did I pay full price for my tacos I ordered a total of 6 tacos. Not only when I got there my food was cold. Like it been sitting there a while. The lady also forgot my sweet tea which I had to later return to get but that still didn't change the fact that my tacos was cold and my hard shell was softer than a soft taco

An average review for an average restaurant. Tuscaloosa is known for football and barbecue. It should also be known that Tuscaloosa is overflowing with average Mexican restaurants. La Gran Fiesta is no different. If you are in south Tuscaloosa and are in the mood for Mexican you will be satisfied by this restaurant but you will not be wowed. I long for a Mexican restaurant in Tuscaloosa to wow me with service, atmosphere, and cuisine. Until this happens you can pick almost any Mexican restaurant in this town and have almost identical experiences with food and service.
