Hello there, Food enthusiast omar here. I must say the food here is amazing. This is what I would call authentic Mexican birria. The food is delicious the people are friendly. The birria ramen is a bit small but it does not lack in flavor. The birria fries are amazing and delicious I recommend them with cilantro and onions, the flavor is phenomenal. It’s savory and amazing and also very well cooked my compliments to the chef!! Now I must get to the star of the show!! The quesabirria. I lack words to describe the delicious flavor of this dish you must go there and try it!! You will not regret it. The consume! Which is the broth of the cooked beef is amazing I wish I could put it in water and drink it. And the lemonade!! Make sure you get it to wash the delicious food down cause it is also delicious!! Honestly one of THE BEST food trucks out here in Alvin. Everything is made fresh the service is very friendly. I always have a hard time choosing what to get because it is all divine!! The Champurrado when it’s cold os a HUGE must. I’ve had the burritos and birria tacos and quesadillas and Jesus the smells get me all the time. Never fails and my son and husband love it too! ❤️

Second best street taco I've ever had. The first was in Cabo. I lived just minutes from this place for years and never went. The food was amazing. Very friendly service.

Primera vez que voy a comprar ahi y ultima vez, no me dieron salsa para los tacos ni condimentos, la comida no tiene sabor muy reseca la carne para mi gusto.

Las k-sabirria y el consome tienen buen sabor y la de más comida también.
Estuvimos trabajando en esa área por una semana y todos los días les compraba comida y mis trabajadores de ese lugar.
Se los recomiendo raza.
