Arrived at 1:30 on Sunday. All the food was cold, flavorless, and extremely greasy. Tacos were on cold tortillas and tostadas were stale. Hot links were charred outside but somewhat raw in the middle.
Wouldn’t come back. Service could be better

I had torta revuelta which was great, however it took them over 45 min. To bring my food. When you walk in, it smells like mothballs, my kids refuse to come here and eat, they prefer takeout. Other than those 2 concerns, I can comeback but not if I'm in a hurry. Today is a Saturday, thank goodness it wasn't my lunch hour.

The waiters were HORRIBLE. They had a nasty attitude and they didn’t even take my order correctly. I had to wait 2 hours for my food. I asked the waiter what had happened with our food and she would barely pay attention to what i was saying, and even after receiving my food, it tasted disgusting, i couldn’t even chew it. The place had NO AC, it was so hot in there, practically everyone in there was fanning themselves. Terrible TERRIBLE experience. Definitely not for children, not for elderly, please do not take any loved one here, worst experience of my life.

We saw this place from Instagram account saying that it’s good and we decided to give it a try. When we entered this place the waitress had an attitude and the place smelled bad. We tried the tacos al vapor which were alright but they were cold and were too overpriced for the little taco. We also ordered a torta and the bolillo (bread) was really soggy. The flavored water of hibiscus (agua de sabor de jamaica) was way too sweet as well as the lime one. Overall, this place is too overpriced for the small portion you are getting too eat.

Their burger - Alekas burger was so delicious. Tried the tacos, meat was good but the corn tortillas are meh.i hope they'll give me the option for flour tortillas next time i go.

La comida, es literal igual a la comida en monterrey, la comida en general esta muy rica, si la recomiendo 🫶
El único problema que tiene este lugar es la Tardanza en que te atiendan, las muchachas se tardan demasiado en ir a atenderte y tomar bebidas, y después en que vuelvan a regresar a tomar la orden es demasiado, hoy en mi visita éramos los únicos clientes en el local y se tardaron como 5 minutos para tomar las bebidas y luego 30 minutos en regresar a tomar la orden, y después el tiempo en que te entregan la comida, es esta última lo entiendo porque todo lo preparan en el momento y esta delicioso.
Mi queja es sobre la demora en el servicio de las meseras.

20 minute wait for a cheeseburger basket. $5 for a Coke. Ordered a burger with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and mustard. I got a hamburger with mayo, avocado, jalapeños and half raw bacon pieces, and no cheese. I walked on it. I paid for the Coke, they can eat the burger. The language barrier is ridiculous and getting worse every day.

El lugar es aceptable solo tiene un olor al entrar como de alcanfor y dentro del local otro olor que no es agradable, algunas veces se siente muy sofocado por falta de suficiente aire. Pero se cena muy rico, en todos los platillos me encanta la cena de ahí.

Ago 1 2024 probamos tacos al vapor tacos tlaqiepaque ( nada que ver la salsa) papás asadas y hamburguesas, de todo eso solo las hamburguesas y papás pasaron nuestro paladar regio, lo demás dejó mucho que desear, además que el lugar aparte de chiquito estaba muy caliente, miré un video resaltando lo bueno del lugar, pero terminé adecepcionada, claman ser 100% regios pero nada que ver!! So to got the Monster Burger and the Butger was good! 8/10.

Now the tacos I got 1 of harina and 1 of miaz de Carna Asada. 5/10. The meat was dry dry. Even though it was in the Monster burger atleast all the other ingredients help but as a taco. It was dry.

Estoy a disgusto por varias razones, los tacos de trompo no estaban bien sazonados, ni bien dorados como deben de ser la carne parecía bistec y con las orillas rojas, aparte de eso pedí salsa para llevar y un poco de cebolla y cilantro y me dijo la cajera que me los tenía que cobrar porque el especial de 25 tacos es para comer alli, le dije que me llevaba el resto de los limones y me dijo que no, me dió que ya estaban en bolsas y bien viejos.

We had been to alekas a couple of time and the steam tacos were good,good flavor. On one occasion they over charged us,we did get a refund. Just today we went and the food was horrible. Asked for some steak tacos and instead of being chopped meat it was like blended didn't look good. Also asked for tacos al vapor (steamed tacos) and the beans were like when you get the last after 2 days not good. The waiter was also kind of rude comprared to other times.that will be the last time we go there. To bad your losing us as a customer.

Tienen que organizarse mejor pedí la orden para cenar aquí. Habian 5 mesas con la mia de cuales 2 ya estaban aquí cuando yo llegue alos 5 a 10 min de yo llegar les entregaron su comida a las dos mesas una acual estaba ordenando cuando llegue. se tardaron 45 min solo para traer las bebidas y eso fue despues de que se las pedi al ver que atendian a otras mesas. La comida por fin me la trajeron después de una hora. Y me la traen para llebar con razon de las 5 meses solo quedaba yo sin atender o recivir la comida. Me dijo pensé que era para llebar en lo que escribo esto ya llebo 10 min esperando para que solo cambien la comida a un Plato para comer aquí. La verdad este lugar me lo habian recomendado parte lo vi en así se come aca y la verdad quede decepcionada. Cuando porfin me trajeron mi orden los tacos de bistek le faltaba sabor. Los tacos de vapor mixtos, los frijoles salados todos planos con falta de relleno vean el tenedor en comparacion de los tacos. La salsa roja sabia amarga a hechada a perder. Me la pensare varias veces para regresar. Al pagar mesas reclamando articulos que les faltaban y llamadas por igual de comida que les habia faltado.

Encantado con este lugar la dueña se presento muy amable a revisar si algo hacia falta y ella tambien atendiendo su negocio. Venimos desde fort worth y valio la pena la manejada y espera toda la comida fresca y cocinada en ese preciso momento. El sazon de la comida mexicana eh ido a varios restaurantes a probar las hamburguesas estila mexicana y esta se llevo el gane de todos la papas asadas con carne es algo que no eh podido encontrar en el area de dallas que tenga buen sabor. La torta de pierna uff me acavo de ir de alli y al escribir este review ya me quiero regresar por mas. Vale mucho la pena le doy mas de 5 estrellas a este local y aparte tienen cocas 100% joya de mexico de ponche de durazno o manzana delicioso. Vallan y logren que si quieren un sabor regio aqui es el lugar.

Ok so we are regulars, we found this place like years ago, and love all the good here. BUT this is the last time we’ll be coming to this location at least. Food took and hour and a half to get to the table. Waitress barely new the food on the menu, almost forgot what we ordered too AND she did forget our drinks. Ok so this can be understandable in a packed place. But this wasn’t the case. Place was almost empty and only one order in front. Sorry, we loved here but not anymore. Also food was mediocre this time, and as a person from Monterrey breaks my heart to not having a decent regio place anymore.

Mi nuevo comentario se basa en mi última experiencia, he sido cliente por mucho tiempo y había dejado de ir algunas semanas, solían servir papas fritas preparadas por ellos mismo desde 0, para mi era una de las razones de ir a este lugar, ahora tienen papas congeladas, sin sabor. Las hamburguesas eran riquimas, esta ocasión estaban quemadas y no tenían ese sabor delicioso que solían tener. Los tacos lo mismo, la Tortilla cruda y carne sin sabor y fríos, honestamente la comida no se veía antojosa y tampoco sabía. Decido poner mi comentario por que era de mis lugares favoritos para ir a comer, ahora pensaré más de dos veces para volver aquí.

Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I was invited to celebrate a casual birthday with family and omg this place did not dissapoint. The burgers were freaking amazing like the actual patty was so good. We also had fajita tacos and a pirata. the lady attending to us was very accommodating and kept checking to make sure we were OK and that our food tasted good. I would definitely recommend and will also come back soon.

The food was amazing and full of flavor! The service was great. We got a chance to meet the owner she has a passion for her business and her food. We tasted several different tacos and loved the trompo and bistec. The salsas were full of flavor as well! We will be back soon!

Hole in the wall restraunt with tacos that are really close to tacos from Mexico. Decent prices, no in door seating, but major knock is food takes a bit long then told. Service is okay, the main knock is that the food usually ends up not being ready close to the time told.

I was disappointed with the burgers and fries. We could eat a couple bites out of one them before we aborted the mission. Only because I was expecting a normal cheeseburger and I ordered it as such but got their version (Mexican burger) and I just wasn't ready for the different taste. Plus, the fries were greasy and limp. However, the owner brought us out four different type of their steamed tacos and they were excellent. Next time I'll stick with the tacos.

the food was so yummy!! the meat was well seasoned and the burger was BOMB!!!!! the service was great as well!! highly recommend this little hole in the wall. if i could give it 10 stars i would!!

Este lugar ya no es el mismo de antes, y la comida tampoco está tan bien como antes la carne de bistró se supone que tiene que ir dorada y no mas cocida nada más a lo wey ni se antoja 🤮🤮 ultima vez que compro algo aquí 👎🏽👎🏽

Comida estuvo bien rica pero la señorita con pelo azul que nos atendió tenia mal actitud. Cuando estaba tomando nuestro orden se miraba enojada como si no quería estar allí y como si fuera nuestra culpa que tenía que trabajar. Luego mi hijo de menor de 2 años tiro papitas de accidente y junte muchas pero no todas y le dijo a mi cuñado que necesitábamos ir a recoger las papas y limpiar nuestra área donde estábamos comiendo. Uno no debe de tratar a los clientes así, si no hay alguien pa limpiar el restaurante ese no es problema de nosotros clientes. Si ella estuviera más amable y humilde, yo tendría no problema de ayudarle a limpiar nuestra mesa pero como tenía actitud fea no le ayudamos. Ojalá que encuentren diferente trabajadores porque con la muchacha que tienen ahorita, a lo mejor mucha gente no va querer regresar..

I'm goin to be honest with you. I tried the torta of trumpo and to be honest with you where's the my meat Very small portion to no meat on my torta. .And we also ordered and trumpo burgers and the fries were soggy.will not be goin back to this place.Im glad we can leave review
