Food was so good! Tacos were 10/10. Had plenty of meat. Will DEFINITELY be back! Tacos were very affordable. Forgot to take pictures before digging in lol pictures don't do it justice.

Food was amazing! I did not get to take pictures because I inhaled that food.
We got the al pastor torta, al pastor sope, quesabirra, taco de cabeza & asada.
Update: We went again and I took pictures this time 😍 tacos were SOOO GOOD

If you find yourself in Grand Prairie near the intersection of Warrior and Pioneer, tucked behind Reino Cleaners, you'll discover Tacos Chava, a hidden gem of a family-run food truck. Over the past 10 days, I've visited four times: twice for their Fish Friday tacos and twice for their birria tacos.

The consomé accompanying the birria tacos features tender beef chunks, with a velvety and rich flavor that isn't overly salty. The fish in the fish tacos is cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside, and the slaw is absolutely delicious. The addition of a lime wedge enhances the flavor of the slaw, which is topped with a creamy sauce that complements every bite.

I highly recommend supporting local businesses, especially if you're a Grand Prairie resident like myself. However, even if you're just passing through the area, a visit to the family-owned Chava business is well worth it!

I usually hate giving bad reviews especially from small businesses. But they charged me food I decided on cancelling before I received it and they decided to keep the money and complain that I wasted the food but I cancelled early in the order. My point is I never received a refund and only got provided with a electronic receipt not even a paper one since they didn't give those out. The food was good but very small portioned. But overall good. Everything would have been fine if there was actual ethics in this small business. Mind you I got one burrito regular sized and two small tacos for my mom and it turned out $40 💀🙏

Queso birria was 9/10 must try fajita tacos where also great but rice was okay beans where salty sides where 6/10 but sadly for 40$ +5$ tip for 3 plates and 3 birria tacos i wont be back unless i win the lottery

I ordered food here got a chicken torta to go. The chicken wasn’t cooked correctly and I got food poisoning the rest of the night into the next day. I checked the food and the chicken was red and bright pink all on the inside of the chicken. I only took three bites and within minutes couldn’t stop throwing up. The beans were sour and smelt bad!! The salsa was also spoiled. And I paid $90 !! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I want my money back but i doubt i’ll get it back. Especially because i have been calling since and they don’t answer. I can’t believe i bought here for my family i'm extremely disappointed. If i could leave no stars I would.

Tacos de azada were ok.
Dijeron tortillas hechas a Mano. Nada que ver. No le mientan a la Raza.
La Torta bien triste. Casi nada de Los ingredientes que enseña.
Quesabirria bien caros y Mas queso que Carne. Not good at all.
Quien te vende el Consome para quesabirria! No manchen Raza!

Simply delicious!! La mejor torta que me he comido en mucho tiempo!! Best torta ever!! Las aguas frescas están deliciosas. Y los precios están muy accesibles. No tienes que vender un brazo para poder disfrutar de deliciosa comida. Los recomiendo ampliamente.

Best tacos place I been too. Moving to Texas in this area couldn’t find a great taco place and this is the spot. Reasonable prices and all. Worth it.
No pude hallar un lugar mejor para comer. Tienen de todo. Siendo de otro estado moviéndome aquí hace 1 año y buscar una taqueria rico que vendan tacos tortas sopes etc y este es el lugar adecuado. Que si regresare mientras Dios nos preste vida y podamos Bendiciones a esta taqueria y su equipo.
